bet you I can do it in sub two?

IMG_5386

My week turned into a warm up for a half marathon. It felt like a full marathon. I don’t know what either feel like to date, but if I did, I’m sure it would be similar.

The only symbol that stayed tranquil was LULU! I checked in between takes, interviews, hair and makeup. It’s not easy watching stock and recording a reel.

I spent ninety nine percent of the airtime focused on health and wellness. I stole the remaining one percent channeling my father. He never afforded himself more than two takes. I had a blast making this. If you were part of the production, I thank you for your participation and or hospitality in advance. We can have a viewing party soon!

Did you get a glimpse of the oysters on steroids? I had to share because they were mammoth.

Jugo Fresh opened for life again, but this time at Body & Soul. I met Chef Darren today, pretty funny. I love Jugo Fresh and I love… The cinnamon rolls too.

My friend, Laura Posada, honored me with a meal and lots of laughter at Roaster’s n Toaster’s in Kendall. We were both served wonderful healthy food in giant portions. Thank you Danny for allowing us and the crew into your venue.

Doctor Dribble had his way with me on film! He showed some mad skills while on camera live from Newton’s Method. I love it when you turn into a beast. Training the body as one muscle is impressive. Running marathons with the balls is equally impressive, did you donate to his most recent cause?

Havana Nights on the 19th is around the corner, if you haven’t bought your tickets, call Mighty at 305.903.7160 she will arrange sneaking you in through the back.

Last day for applications for the Gulliver Holiday Marketplace is today! But if you can’t get me the money in time, you can Instagram yourself singing your version of ROAR by Katy Perry and hashtag #sorrymagdaimlate @revete.

The Ravens caught us in a weak moment. It’s alright, every dawg! FINS UP!!

Benjamin Dash here we come. A team ready to raise money for SAMANTHA! I’m eating my Wheaties and doing Turkish get ups on Sundays. Beware.

And if you don’t know, I’m a runner too,

any given sunday

Welcome Deanna to Studio LX, go Hurricanes! It’s all bout the U!

The Dolphins don’t make me cry. A new quiet confidence has taken over Tarpon Bend, the Ale House in Coral Gables and most of Miami. We are 2-0. I pray the Falcons be our third take down. The perfect season happened here first, Don Shula, Dan Marino 17-0, I’m a hopeful romantic. Why not? Other than the Marlins debacle, we are a city that has been lucky. Most winningest. Let the good times roll.

Considering most winningest, this week, I’ll be hanging with Uuuuuuuuuudonis and Battier. I’ll try to jump up and take a pic. The Chamber sure knows how to breathe life into me every time I open a corporation! Diamond Awards here we repeat. I hope. Thank you Mark, for always supporting me.

The Benjamin Dash packet pick up is October 31. Yep, Halloween! Boil, boil, toil and trouble, I can’t wait to dress up this year. Training is legit for this fundraising obstacle race as m*ergy is not only training the dash team but herself and Soy Delicious for the IronMan too. So fortunate to have shared an Ashram with her this week. Jugo Fresh coming to Body and Soul will ensure more of these moments Fo Sho!

Moments, fragments, Los momentos. This week, I received two very touching messages that I feel should be mentioned. Each message came from a woman that is going through a struggle. Neither one mentioned the struggle instead thanked me for helping them through theirs. I didn’t do much but be me and live my life. In doing this, simply living, without trying- I helped two women. Be it ever so tiny the act of letting me know, I was enormously humbled. You see, I am you. Struggling too. Stiff upper lip ladies, tomorrow is only a day away.

Providence is the next marathon for my man, Doctor Dribble. Today, he will be honored at the Dolphins/Falcons game for just being him. It’s 1:43pm now. Go figure?

Marlyne Alexander photography and the Free People slumber party was a success, #hippiechick was born. Next up, I’ll be armed with a cocked mic in your face. Health and Wellness is the real deal for the reel- sizzle me a new look, maybe? Stopsmokingstartliving is the final interview. I personally am going to see to it that the revolution, the movement of Kerry Gaynor is catapulted to each and every smoker I know or will know or sadly, might never get a chance to meet. Smoking kills.

Life is precious, live it and stretch long and hard. It’s the only way to make it into the circle of trust.

And if you don’t know, I have a friend in the FBI!

I don’t twerk, I work

Sweatlife is addicting. I am an addict. I replaced Marlboro Red at a pack and a half a day for a Real Ryde with m*ergy and now too, a Method created by a formidable golfer.

I have tried many ways to sweat, to get strong, to become empowered. All of them are effective. You take out what you put in. It’s immediate. It’s loyal and gratifying. If only love was so easy.

This weekend however, I tried something new. I drew blood from my assailant. I punched a six foot two inch man in the face. I have bruises all over my body. My manicure is in tact, thankfully. This experience is Self Defense instructed by my friend, (I hope still) Orestes Sampson. He gave a short (Ha!) seminar explaining why people attack, what happened to them, how they think, what provokes these incidents and then we got physical. Not Olivia Newton John physical more like MMA material. My favorite part of the seminar was when he said, ” in result, the biggest mistake an assailant will make is picking me as his victim”. The tone was set for the physical aspect of this class. I sweat like a pig, learned how to tenderize a mistaken attacker and make regret any fool who thinks I’m scared. I encourage all men, women and children to learn how to defend themselves. I highly recommend the Big O, be your choice for instructor on this topic. Thank you Orestes, I am stronger.

My Business Mag coming out in November will be featuring one of our blossoming clients, Soy Delicious. The article is about Hispanic Entrepeneurs. I hope they include the tiny fact that she is a Super Spartan and soon an IronMan. This month M2, send me Burberry candles or more Bond whatever suits you.

November will also be the month of the official launch of my life saver “stopmokingstartliving” x+ The Kerry Gaynor Method . I read on Instagram the other day about how a man couldn’t believe how you can quit smoking without medicine or crutches. I chuckled. He’s never sat in Kerry’s presence. I dare you.

So the Doctor did it again! He took Philly down like a great meal at Roaster’s and Toaster’s. His next race is in Providence, Rhode Island. How romantic?

Doctor Dribble is racing two of his future races (Chicago and New York) for Diabetes. I’m enclosing the link to donate on his behalf. One of my choice quotes is “You haven’t lived until you do something for someone that can’t pay you back.” It’s a no brainer! #g1ve #doctordribbletour for #Diabetes

Unique Me is coming out first week in October. The month of Halloween! Yay! I’m so excited for this year’s costume. It’s very appropriate. I’m keeping it classy.

New client Shout Out- B Force Bands! You mean, I can travel with functional training? Oh boy! Please show me how tho?

m*ergy is enforcing the tactical approach to the Benjamin Dash weekly in her training sessions at body & soul. Leader that leads and never misleads. Let’s raise money Mari, let’s get muddy sista, I need another frame in the m*ergy room.

This week includes Free People, a sizzle reel and CNN!!! More Yoga, it’s Yoga month. April is enthused- back off, back up it’s time to breathe victoriously….

Dolphin Season, winning!!! I got ring side seats, look for us on the field.

Congrats Big Vic and Lulu Brea!
If you don’t know, schedule self defense with O!!

It’s Instinctual, it’s natural

At back to school night, where we were learning about Gulliver, our Raiders and the future, I was teaching the “popular table” about “natural instincts.” The ladies and some men, Mario Frati, wanted to know about poses. In all fairness, I can’t teach it- but I am learning it daily. It’s an infusion of animal flow, yoga and breakdancing at Newton’s Method. You can find me there, obediently learning, growing and getting strong. No flabby asses allowed.

Benjamin Dash is approaching quickly, www.benjamindash.com and Team m-ergy is already preparing. It’s not too late to sign up, type in SAMANTHA as a coupon code.
www.atreve-t.com is an official sponsor, so please come hard and fast, I’m in the mood to take flags and raise money.

Virginia Beach much like Miami Beach was hot and sexy. More than 20,000 runners came to compete at the Rock n Roll Marathon this weekend. As always, Doctor Dribble was front row and center, with his balls, reppin’. He made a cameo at the Boo Williams Sportsplex and spent some quality time sharing his mad skills with worthy young men. Soul Food was fantabulous too!

“Please Don’t Go” is a great tune, and KC without his band just hustling through the Atlanta airport is a sight to see. Chris Daughtry snoring behind you on the plane was also an awesome experience. I mean he knows Simon! My hero remains Simon Cowell and now, a Superhero that can crow pose better than me.

She made it! A series of her own. A spin teacher that trailblazed through mud and muck to stardom. Maria, I’m so proud of you! Thank you for letting me be in your show. Unstoppable!!

Dow Jones and Miley Cyrus let me down this week. Enough.

Hope and optimism is how I want to begin this month! I have health, a fair shake, and I embrace what is coming. Ramon Arbesu and his sister Ileana, put things into perspective for me. He’s an old family friend, young enough to teach me a thing or two about love and friendship. I dare you to read his story. He is a true champion- I’m cheering for you hermano. http://www.youcaring.com/medical-fundraiser/ramon-s-cancer-fight/82558

So if you don’t know, now you know.
