I met a fifth grade boy on Instagram. He is new. You can tell by the proper method of writing. He uses no hashtags and just recently mastered emoji art. He’s well mannered and cautious. His correctness caught my attention so I gave my very first shout out to a child I have never met, on my business page no less. I hoped he would gain more followers. I was so happy to see businesses and friends do the same for my new friend @jace1o. As promised, I watched closely at the response. I will honor giving the @jace1o best follower a Shout Out too.  I will announce the winner next Sunday! It is refreshing to know that people just help people for no reason at all, inspiring too.

Los Angeles style supermarket! Trader’s is now open in Pinecrest. So many wonderful things are born in California. In about one week, another miracle baby will be introduced to the world. It was made in California too. #stopsmokingstartliving I hope to thank Kerry Gaynor next week, he saves lives!

Good help is hard to find! To find dedicated, loyal and gorgeous staff is nearly impossible. My friend Marilyn, owner of Studio LX managed to find two wonderful women to run her store under the supervision of Michelle, a princess. Congrats to this gem of a store loaded with some of the trendiest, hard to find exclusives. @lcoto11 and @csac

To run or not to run, that is the truth. I can’t say much other than I’ve been humbled. The views, the camaraderie, the pain, the challenge all mixed into a simple physical movement. I will see you at the finish line come hell or high water.

Welcome Deanna to Studio LX, go Hurricanes! It’s all bout the U!

The Dolphins don’t make me cry. A new quiet confidence has taken over Tarpon Bend, the Ale House in Coral Gables and most of Miami. We are 2-0. I pray the Falcons be our third take down. The perfect season happened here first, Don Shula, Dan Marino 17-0, I’m a hopeful romantic. Why not? Other than the Marlins debacle, we are a city that has been lucky. Most winningest. Let the good times roll.

Considering most winningest, this week, I’ll be hanging with Uuuuuuuuuudonis and Battier. I’ll try to jump up and take a pic. The Chamber sure knows how to breathe life into me every time I open a corporation! Diamond Awards here we repeat. I hope. Thank you Mark, for always supporting me.

The Benjamin Dash packet pick up is October 31. Yep, Halloween! Boil, boil, toil and trouble, I can’t wait to dress up this year. Training is legit for this fundraising obstacle race as m*ergy is not only training the dash team but herself and Soy Delicious for the IronMan too. So fortunate to have shared an Ashram with her this week. Jugo Fresh coming to Body and Soul will ensure more of these moments Fo Sho!

Moments, fragments, Los momentos. This week, I received two very touching messages that I feel should be mentioned. Each message came from a woman that is going through a struggle. Neither one mentioned the struggle instead thanked me for helping them through theirs. I didn’t do much but be me and live my life. In doing this, simply living, without trying- I helped two women. Be it ever so tiny the act of letting me know, I was enormously humbled. You see, I am you. Struggling too. Stiff upper lip ladies, tomorrow is only a day away.

Providence is the next marathon for my man, Doctor Dribble. Today, he will be honored at the Dolphins/Falcons game for just being him. It’s 1:43pm now. Go figure?

I personally am going to see to it that the revolution, the movement of Kerry Gaynor is catapulted to each and every smoker I know or will know or sadly, might never get a chance to meet. Smoking kills.

Life is precious, live it and stretch long and hard. It’s the only way to make it into the circle of trust.

I don’t twerk, I work

Sweatlife is addicting. I am an addict. I replaced Marlboro Red at a pack and a half a day for a Real Ryde with m*ergy and now too, a Method created by a formidable golfer.

I have tried many ways to sweat, to get strong, to become empowered. All of them are effective. You take out what you put in. It’s immediate. It’s loyal and gratifying. If only love was so easy.

This weekend however, I tried something new. I drew blood from my assailant. I punched a six foot two inch man in the face. I have bruises all over my body. My manicure is in tact, thankfully. This experience is Self Defense instructed by my friend, (I hope still) Orestes Sampson. He gave a short (Ha!) seminar explaining why people attack, what happened to them, how they think, what provokes these incidents and then we got physical. Not Olivia Newton John physical more like MMA material. My favorite part of the seminar was when he said, ” in result, the biggest mistake an assailant will make is picking me as his victim”. The tone was set for the physical aspect of this class. I sweat like a pig, learned how to tenderize a mistaken attacker and make regret any fool who thinks I’m scared. I encourage all men, women and children to learn how to defend themselves. I highly recommend the Big O, be your choice for instructor on this topic. Thank you Orestes, I am stronger.

My Business Mag coming out in November will be featuring one of our blossoming clients, Soy Delicious. The article is about Hispanic Entrepeneurs. I hope they include the tiny fact that she is a Super Spartan and soon an IronMan. This month M2, send me Burberry candles or more Bond whatever suits you.

November will also be the month of the official launch of my life saver “stopmokingstartliving” x+ The Kerry Gaynor Method . I read on Instagram the other day about how a man couldn’t believe how you can quit smoking without medicine or crutches. I chuckled. He’s never sat in Kerry’s presence. I dare you.

So the Doctor did it again! He took Philly down like a great meal at Roaster’s and Toaster’s. His next race is in Providence, Rhode Island. How romantic?

how many licks does it take for Superwoman to fall from the sky?

From beginning to end, it took us about five hours for the biggest promotion we’ve ever attempted. It was messy, sticky, hot and sexy! Thank goodness for Sugar Factory and the bedazzled lollipop stick!!! Super Promo was a collaborative birth. CJ, Mpad, Body & Soul, Roman, Mighty and I showed our tallest client too much love. Hopefully by next week, I’ll be able to stick my chest out proudly and save the day.

Ok, so the owners of Unique Me wowed the crowd in what turned out to be a fab birthday party! The dress from Studio LX, one of one, was a hit! The Viceroy was a perf location for Michelle and Claudia to showcase there baby in style. The proof is in the pudding with the local demographic reach this Lil magazine has been able to cover in such a short time. Raise a glass and throw a mic at me Michi, I’ll have your back till the bitter end.

Peter Pan produced many miracles here in the 305cafecito, one of them was a different generation Mas. Her name is Christina Isabel Mas. She is the first Femme Fatale. She brought down the house as she hiked up her votes single handedly- no play, I swear. Christina donated 100% of her winnings to charity! And isn’t that what we want in our Femme, a gorgeous philanthropist. The contestants for this promotion were not easy to beat, congratulations sister. Costumer or not, you were outstanding!

Best Briland birthday ever came and left, Stop Smoking Start Living inspired me to strike a pose. My genius provoked me to search for wonderful and come up with stars. I feel closer to you.
