My heart has its reasons that reason does not know. I have mad love for the #TranscendMia event. I hear that it shows too. The girls and I have bonded in a familial form. The trust is through the roof and the sponsors are too. If you love what you do, it’s authentic and people can see right through bullshit. It’s the realism in what we are doing that is bringing momentum and hype. Money flows just like the yoga. The shockers this week regarding the event were the boxes coming in non-stop, the posts from the Hollywood crowd, the courage from us. We are facing fears. The pictures were a shock too! What pose is that? I haven’t been so inspired since I hosted a webinar of 20,000 people. I was nervous then and it was epic. This is just 200 people but I’m excited more than nervous. It is friends, family and my city that are driving me. I feel unstoppable. Goodness is contagious. Wow! I’m in love, really am.
My birthday party was an unexpected fun too. The guests were heaven sent. I wish someone would’ve told me, I would’ve brought the piñata! Thank you to everyone that came and brought gifts. I needed that. The thousands of wishes were humbling. Roman and I were amazed at the outpour. David, how did you end up with the bill again? Harbour Island all over again.

Legacy Fit twice a week, yoga with Tommy twice a week and of course, APRIL is back!!! Yeah, I’m excited as to what body I’ll be making. Who knows, maybe we can get a fitness wear sponsor to show it off. I mean really, if you have a Ferrari, do you keep it in the garage or do you show it off?
